Olympic Hot Tub Company was recently honored with the 2003 Scott Smith Superior Customer Satisfaction award by their hot tub manufacturer, Hot Spring® Spas, the world’s number one selling brand of portable spas.
The “Scott Smith Superior Customer Satisfaction Award” was dedicated in memory of a Hot Spring dealer who tragically lost his life. It was Scott’s caring and nurturing demeanor, his dedication and his devotion to customers that provided the foundation for his success.
Alice Cunningham and Blair Osborn, owners of Olympic Hot Tub Company, were honored for their outstanding customer service at a recent awards ceremony in New Orleans, LA, during the International Pool & Spa Expo, an annual convention and trade show. Olympic Hot Tub Company was selected from over 750 Hot Spring dealers worldwide to receive this award.
According to Mike Dunn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hot Spring Spas, “Olympic Tub Company is an award winning dealer because of their success achieved through hard work, determination, and commitment to professionalism.”
“It is with great pleasure that I present this award to Olympic Hot Tub Company and their entire team for their remarkable efforts during 2003,” said Dunn. “They have displayed tremendous dedication in providing the local market with the utmost in customer service and dependable, superior products.”
Cunningham says that aside from receiving this honor, the best reward she can get is to put a smile on a customer’s face. One that won’t go away. “I have people coming in after they’ve owned their hot tub for a month or two, with a big smile on their face, telling me that they can’t believe how much they benefit from their spa, how often they are using it, how much closer they feel to their loved ones and how much more relaxed they feel…there’s a lot of reward that comes with hearing that kind of positive feedback,” said Cunningham.
