This is our second Hot Spring® Spas hot tub. We had one at our former house but left it when we moved to Europe. Once we returned, I knew we had to buy another one, because it makes my husband so happy and helps relieve his back pain. Amazingly, when we started to talk about it, he said he wanted the hot tub to make me happy. I guess we both love it, and just did not realize how much.
We had a unique space in our sloping yard that just screamed out for a hot tub. We asked the dealer, Don Riling at Olympic Hot Tub Company, to come out and see what would work. With his recommendation, we ended up with the same model that we had previously, but this one seems fancier with its pearlescent interior and lights that change color.
We view the hot tub as a family benefit. It adds to our quality of life. We all get in together. My husband and I can sit and relax, while our children, ages 4 and 6, use it as a swimming pool. Very few people have pools here, so this gives them a chance to splash around, play games and become comfortable in the water. It is pretty magical sitting in the hot tub with the snow coming down.
After neighborhood parties, we invite friends back to sit and chitchat. We put chairs out by the hot tub so that people who do not want to get wet can still hang out. Our next-door neighbor often shows up with a towel and asks to use the hot tub. We always welcome him. He even made my husband a spaside towel holder.
Our hot tub is also nice because it is easy to maintain. We use the EverFresh® Water Care System and don’t use much chlorine. Taking care of it is a no-brainer, really straightforward.
Our Hot Spring® spa is a great addition to our life in Seattle. It is so luxurious and also a really good value.
