Happy Customer Raves about Olympic Hot Tub’s Service and the ACE Salt Water System on his New Vanguard

I was a refugee from a terrible Dimension One Spa experience, and now I am found with the help of Exelene Lanzaga in your Lacey, Washington Olympic Hot Tub store. When she could not find the tub I needed she spent extra time researching and locating one in your Fife store. There, again the two gals we worked with (Karen & Linda) were both patient and helpful in showing us a spa that would truly fit our needs.

Exelene made calls to the delivery team and, bam, Eric showed up.  Not once, but twice he came back to insure that the installation would be flawless. The crew was cheerful, worked quickly and gave us a soup-to-nuts installation. We failed to heed Exelene’s advice about using her referred electricians. After the first wiring proved faulty, Exelene cheerfully came back a second time to help with the inspector and re-wiring challenge. She also coached us on the usage of the spa. Later Rob in your Service Center expeditiously responded to all technical inquiries and now we are the masters of our Vanguard Hot Spring Spa.

The unique ACE Salt cleaning system makes maintenance a breeze. I click one button when exiting the spa and only have to test the water a few times. The water stays balanced, clean, and soft. Amazing!

I sorely missed not having a spa to sooth my arthritis troubles these past 2 years. I was very reluctant to re-enter the hot tub world. Various local suppliers always gave me a hard sell approach. We were fortunate to find Exelene and your team at Olympic Hot Tub. Now may days become ever brighter as I start them off with a sometimes-Aleve pill and warm spa. Thanks.

I bought a new  Hot Springs Spa Jetsetter from Olympic Hot Tub in September. WOW. I love it.

It’s has the new salt system (ACE Salt Water System) and what a tub….Did I mention that I have had a Hot Spring Spa for almost 20 years and the salt system is an upgrade. I passed my dog dish Hot Spring Spa (the Classic and it did look like a giant dog dish) on to a friend who is really enjoying it and it is still running fine after almost 20 YEARS. You make an awesome product.

Oh and Linda at Fife Olympic Hot Tub has been totally awesome. Great help with the purchasing, scheduling and answering every phone call and every question. This made my transition from a regular spa to the salt spa a breeze. LINDA U ROCK!!!!

If you’ve never owned a spa before, your appreciation of how wonderful the ACE system is might not be as pointed as that of an owner who has struggled with water care for years!  Avoid his first mistake and buy the right hot tub, the first time!

“This is my second hot tub. My first was a Sundance Optima. This time around we chose the Hot Spring Grandee from Olympic Hot Tub Company with the optional ACE Salt Water Sanitizing system. Believe me, the ACE Salt system is worth every penny. We have had our tub now for 4 months and it has been virtually maintenance free. With my Sundance spa I was constantly battling cloudy water with the BaquaSpa chemicals that never seemed to be balanced quite right.

Brandon Jones, the sales consultant at the Everett Olympic Hot Tub store, has been incredibly helpful and I am so thankful he talked me into the ACE Salt system. Story of a Hot Tub Sale: Customer and Saleswoman Hug at the End!

Here’s a story of the perfect way to buy a hot tub from Linda Wood in the Fife Olympic Hot Tub Company store. It’s the story of a sale and how Linda listened to her customer, Gloria M.  She found out why Gloria needed a spa; she’s suffering from juvenile arthritis.  She heard that Gloria was interested in easy care, so the ACE Salt Sanitizing system was the perfect answer for her. And, most interesting is how careful a shopper Gloria was. She looked at our Zip code book, read all of the reviews on Google Maps, and took the advice of  friends.
Here’s the story:
“Gloria has had juvenile arthritis since she was 3 years old. She shopped a few places before coming here. Rich’s, Aqua Rec Swimming Hole…..and then this day, at work, she had 2 different people say that she should take a look at Olympic (she works at a Credit Union) so she thought there must be something to this (we call this a “sign”, don’t you?) It’s great she trusted her intuition.  So, she stopped by after work.
She needed a spa that she could get out of easily (her arthritis makes it difficult)so the Prodigy seemed like a good fit. She was someone that soaked-up every bit of information that came her way (she was into it)…from the zip code directory, to every single written review that we have on our closing table. Since she read all those, I also went ahead and printed the Google reviews for her to take home to her husband as well. (Awesome reviews!!)
As for easy care, the ACE Salt system was a huge selling point for her. (Note:  the ACE system is selling like hot cakes).  She loved the idea of it!!  She was first going to wait until she could take the information to her husband this weekend. But then she called him….THEY talked. She put him on the phone to me…..WE talked. Next thing you know, she said it was really the spa she wanted and she was just going to go ahead and get it. Very nice gal, I’m glad she is our customer :)
We hugged…and she went on her way.”
