I worked with Doug in July and recently visited the store again to purchase some chemicals. Doug remembered me and offered expert advice for the issue I described. When I initially bought my hot tub he was great to work with. Doug asked me if I had any plans, to which I said no, and then he offered to let me test the various models available for as long as I needed. What ended up being a day of boring errands ended up being a pretty enjoyable afternoon at the store with no strings attached. I ultimately purchased a Hot Springs Limelight Flair with Doug’s help and we have been happy about our decision ever since. If you are in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area and are thinking about purchasing a hot tub or even just looking to get a feel for them, it would be a disservice to yourself not to pay Doug a visit. You will be very happy with the service, knowledge, and attitude Doug has to offer.

She was great so good news to hear. The products here are great and I specifically come here to buy salt / test strips vs buy online like at Amazon because of the in person service.

Jason cleaned and refilled my hot tub after a repair and everything went great from start to finish.
We had Jason come out to balance our water and provide an orientation on how to use/maintain our new tub. There was so much information to take in, but Jason did a fantastic job answering any questions I had and thoroughly explaining each step through the process. We had an electrical issue as well as a leak in our brand new hot tub before being able to ever use it- and Jason was kind enough to go above and beyond with helping us with those issues that were outside of his typical job description as well to help us get closer to being able to use our tub. We appreciate the extra effort from Jason!
