Rus did an amazing job with our hot-tub service today! He did a thorough job cleaning the lines, draining the tub, cleaning the jets, the interior and exterior then refilling it.
He made sure all pumps are working properly. Balanced the water chemistry and explained how we can continue to keep it balanced during use and how to tell when it needs another service.

Extraordinary experience! From coordinating an opportunity to try out the swim spas, to setting up that experience and all the amazing communication as I was set up to purchase the unit. A VERY SPECIAL shout out to Courdray Phillips whose kindness, grace and excellence in customer service went above and beyond. At one point I was very confused about pricing but he patiently walked me through it and was very responsive to all the additional queries I had. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
Jason was wonderful with startup! We walked through all the balancing examples along with the: to-dos, what-to-dos and when to call situations.
