We couldn't get the two adapters, Spa & Home adapters, SNA, HNA, to sync, so after many call drops from hot springs support we FINALLY figure out that the SNA was connected to the wrong tub Port. Once that was corrected all worked. Jerid was awesome with must tenacity, he would it give up. Great job.
