Buying a hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn was a great experience. They carry top of the line models and the staff was supper helpful. Linda my salesperson was great to work with. E-store could be better. Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn has great customer service, and Linda is great! Love our Hot Springs Hot Tub. The IQ monitoring system and saltwater system are worth the extra money. However, Olympic's e-store is terrible. It's hard to use on a mobile device to the point that I had to use my laptop. When I completed the sale, I never received a screen that said my order had been completed. Took a while to receive the confirmation email, so I had to go to my credit card website to confirm the order had been placed. Olympic, you can and should do better! Very disappointed
