We have recently purchased a new hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub where we had the pleasure of working with David. We were putting the hot tub into a space that was going to be tricky to figure out and David could not have been more helpful. He had no problem troubleshooting, thinking outside of the box, or calling in the big guns when necessary. Ultimately, we could not buy from him because we were out of the territory where Olympic services, but even knowing this, he went above and beyond to help show us the product. Super classy, easy going, and a great salesperson. Highly recommend. Olympia is great, too! We own another Hot Springs tub in our Seattle home which we've had for 5 years and love it. David Bayless was our salesperson in Seattle and he is incredible, too! Can't go wrong with Olympic.
