They schedule the final install where you actually add the salt and other chemicals other than chlorine three weeks to a month after you connect it to power. They don’t give you a window, expecting you to save the entire day for them. If you have something come up during the second half of that day, they cancel it on you and push everything back out two more weeks. You’ll be lucky to enjoy your hot tub within a month of delivery, and I’m looking at two months personally. I can’t even say when I might get the cantilevered hot tub cover I was promised, but it’s been six weeks with no word.
