We bought our hot tub from Olympic in 2015, and ever since, anytime I come in for products, I almost always end up also receiving information I wasn't aware of as well. The customer service there is exceptional, particularly David Bayless, who is incredibly friendly, as well as highly knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend Olympic to anyone who is investing in a hot tub. Hot tubs require an incredible amount of maintenance, and it is so beneficial to have the support behind you after the initial purchase. As a landlord, I only drain, clean and refill the hot tub every few years but it is reassuring knowing I can always stop in for a quick tutorial and chemical purchase to get back on track for new tenants. He spent a ton of time helping us figure out the best fit for our space and how we’d actually use the tub day to day. He even helped us think through placement in the yard and troubleshoot a few unique things about our setup. Never felt rushed and the customer service was top tier from start to finish.
