This is my 3rd hot tub from Olympic Hot tubs but my first time buying from the Sequim location. What an incredible experience! I only buy and service our tubs with Olympic Hot Tubs due to the consistent premium level experience they offer, but Carl took it up another notch! We had a somewhat tall order with a hot tub emergency at our Airbnb requiring a quick delivery. Carl went above and beyond to find the best tub for us and to work behind the scenes to get it delivered in a week! This was our first salt water system so he even came out to our place several days before Christmas to personally show us how to use it. Thank you Carl, and the rest of the Olympic Hot Tub team for an incredible experience, we are surely your customers for life!
